Was traveling around Plakia...

...and that was the evening after my day trip...🥰

These are the flowers for my mum, who briefly raided her pension fund for me because she couldn't bear to watch me begging you lot anymore 🥰🤣🙏

Also went straight to the old fishermen's canteen on the other side of Plakia (the one without tourists) and treated myself to the fresh fish (fried...they don't have a grill 🤷‍♂️) from the still-existing 5 fishermen. The rice balls were also homemade by the way and sooooo delicious 😋

As a thank you, I was the only guest, there was a piece of homemade cheesecake on puff pastry drizzled with honey...🥰

This is where the video should actually be, showing what the right access lane now looks like after I hauled a good 1.5 tonnes of stones and sand from the beach up the path so I can really get back up here with Frankie tomorrow. Since I don't have a wheelbarrow, no shovel and no road roller, I was out there myself as an excavator, wheel loader and vibrating plate. Work materials: old IKEA carrier bag (can handle 30kg), my folding spade and sturdy footwear...🤣...since the sun was blazing, I contented myself with 3 hours of concentrated work on each of the 4 days. In the end I managed it, as you'll see further down.
