A Week in Maslarevo Has Passed...

A week in Maslarevo has passed...a village, in the middle of nowhere that reminds me of "Wir können auch anders". 🤓The mulberries, raspberries, plums, prunes, strawberries,...the streets, gardens, fields and few patches of forest are full of them, which I enjoyed during my walk through the village just as much as in Eva's garden. The area may seem monotonous, but it is repeatedly interrupted by rock massifs and depressions, in which natural springs bubble up.I was therefore able to continue my access to spring water, which has existed for weeks, here as well. It was a quiet week. Inner reflection, writing the short stories, my application processes and individual conversations with Eva and another new friend, who is called Robert and comes from near Greifswald, were, alongside the phone calls with René, André, Manolo, and the exchange with Rieke via voice messages, my direct contacts to the outside world. The fact that I could do another round with Duško directly led to another new connection. His name is Björn and he is an extremely spiritual person who will also accompany me and my journey in the future. The party evening last Saturday night, when I got to meet Robert from Greifswald, was of course very funny, intense and also escalated, due to the abundant alcoholic beverages. In a positive sense...LAUGH...Robert is of course a replica of a Viking...Hallmie and he would get along suuuuuper well...I had positioned myself on the sloping ground so that I was standing higher, but that makes absolutely no difference whatsoever...LAUGH...What a kindhearted soul...WOW...I am so GRATEFUL 🙏THANK YOU RemoNemo for connecting me with Eva....Eva, thank you for your invitation, your hospitality, and for the fact that I could always toddle around your property in my underpants 🙏😍❤️😘The main picture is the mulberry tree on Eva's property, which actually got a little visit from me every day. Man, they're delicious...and so nutritious, good for the body and soul...then follow the snapshots from the road, me as a dwarf next to Robert, the last evening together with Eva and first pictures from Veliko, a great, old city, located on the Yantra...yes of course I went swimming...also found a spot where I manage to do front crawl for 10min. without being washed ashore or swept away...but after that one of the two happens...GRIN...The 17th picture in this series is a spot-the-difference puzzle...and that's CRAZY...because it's aimed exactly at Frankie's parking spot and stands on the other side of the river......The city itself seems to be built around the monument, which I photographed from different perspectives and distances...at least that's the impression I got during my exploration tour in the last 3.5h......I'm excited about the illumination of the fortress in an hour, because I was of course at...um...well at...oh man...I forgot his name...Roumen...he invited me again anyway...
