It stops listening to me while I'm sitting here on the beach, watching the sunset, the incoming waves, the cheerful rolling of the stones back into the sea, the changing smell, the different temperature. As I look at the beach like this, I notice that most stones are round. I'll send you the photograph. And while I'm noticing that most stones are round, I naturally find a few angular ones. They're not as common and, of course, that's why it's not boring. That's the overwhelming majority of people living in the world, being viewed by themselves or by the angular ones as round. Well, and at the same time there are the angular ones. And among the population it's usually the case that those who are angular rub people the wrong way, I find my whole life. I think that's beautiful. I don't do it out of spite or because I'm arrogant or presumptuous or want to position myself better with information, knowledge, understanding. We had the topic of greatness last week. And sitting here on the beach, in this setting, after a magnificent, wonderful day. I went through this village, took some photos too. I experienced another story with some Germans, with a German couple. They were a bit strange. So I'm sitting here on the beach and I know that even though I'm angular, I'm part of this beach. Part of all the round. This isn't a new revelation now. This is for you, pip. Rather, I've become more aware of it again. I said I'd let you participate in the development of my person just as much as in the stories of the people I meet and the places I visit. This is a very intense part of me today, because I appreciate all of this. I'm really totally grateful. I'm grateful for everything that was allowed to happen so that I can sit here now. For every war, for every bullshit, for every whatever on the negative side. I'm grateful that I could stand in my funny little book. And that's all the positive things that culminate for me in this moment. That's intense. And because I feel so good doing this, I naturally think of you too. Of you as the whole beach, with predominantly round stones and and of what we have in terms of possibilities and options. I always said, wake up in the morning and give myself the chance to become a better version of myself. When I said goodbye in the evening, I always said it would be cool if tomorrow I had another chance to become a better version of myself. And I'm sitting here and blow it away. Everything is good. I'm not becoming a better version of myself. I am the way I am. What changes is how I deal with this understanding. I don't have to prove myself anymore. I don't have to explain to anyone who doesn't want to know why I am the way I am. Why I react the way I react. Why people smile at me when they look at me. That could of course be due to my smell, or my tattered underwear. I need to take another sip of wine in a moment. And I'm glad that at least I can listen to this again. Hey folks, have one more smile. Have a magnificent, wonderful, fantastic evening. Enjoy the moment. There's only this one. This one, and all the others that will come. I'm doing well. Big, fat hugs. Peaceful, joyful moments.

I'm in a storytelling mood today. I have a need to share. I don't feel like writing, not right now. So I'm sitting here between the setting sun on my right and the newly risen moon, already shimmering on the surface of the sea. And I'm sitting here right in the middle. To my left the sea is dark and to my right it's still light. And of course I had encounters with people of all different kinds today. With the butcher woman, for example, who sees me on the street and comes up to me and speaks to me and says, hey, how was the lamb? And I tell her how great it was and say, I even took pictures. And then she says to me, show me. And then I actually showed her the photos of my meal, including how pink, red and tender the meat was. And described it to her as well. And she was so grateful. She looked at me and asked me if I'm staying a few more days and if I want more meat, because she's getting a new delivery tomorrow from the farmer here around the corner. So somehow lovely, just lovely. I was able to thank the baker lady, where I bought the bread and a few little sweet things, and the fresh chicken eggs, because they have chickens. I thanked her and she was totally happy. She was standing behind her counter. I was standing outside at the shop, at the door, so outside on the street, because she had customers or something. And she made a heart with her fingers. I still can't do that to this day. I'm leaving out the two Germans, because that was really, really a dirty deal. Which I still dissolved in sweetness for myself and for the others. Ennihausen, we'll leave that out. I had visitors today. So I'm lying around in the sun, a bit in the afternoon-evening sun. Along comes a red Nissan Micra, which I don't remember at all, with license plates from here in the region. And inside is Gaius with Friedel, who he brought from the airport to take him to Dieter and Vera. And because Gaius felt like having a chat with me, Friedel first goes for a round in the sea, because of course she was totally happy to be able to jump straight into the sea after getting out of the plane. And we actually sat there for, I have no idea, an hour easily. Gaius brought spring water. We drank water, smoked a bit and talked. Was nice. I'm not going to elaborate on that now, absolutely not. At the same time the two Hamburgers came by again and wanted to say hello. And that was totally sweet. It's a nice feeling to spontaneously meet people you know. I'm grateful for that, definitely. And yes, I'll take another photo of the bay for you now, definitely. Of course, you've been waiting for that. All the wishes from earlier, definitely. With a really big hug going out to you. See you later.

Yeah 🎇
